Also, foods that are cooked, processed or dehydrated, lose their MSM content as well.
MSM is highly effective in its ability to heal and provide elasticity to the body's connective tissue through collagen production. Collagen is present in the tissue that connects all the inner organs and is also found in bones and teeth. The more collagen that is built and retained in the connective tissue, the more fluid is retained, thus allowing the tissue to become more flexible and have more elasticity.
