Terms, Conditions & General Information

• Cancellations & Reschedules
  Any appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time and 'no shows' will be charged the full-service fee. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment without any charge no less than  24 hours prior to your appointment time.
   

• Arrival times
  Late arrival for any service will shorten the length of the booked session time. You will be responsible for the payment of any applicable fees associated with the booked Service.
   

• Aggressive dogs 
  You agree to be honest about the risk your dog poses to our therapists.  We do not manhandle or force a dog to have treatment.
   

• Fair & appropriate treatment
  We do not accept the harsh treatment of dogs on our premises, if you are unable to manage your dog without harsh treatment we will not be able to see your dog.

• All treatment has risk
  We do not know how your dog will respond to treatment, we will take the utmost care to prevent any worsening of your dog's condition, however, this is possible when working with a pre-hab and re-hab situation.
   

• Diagnosis
  We do not provide diagnosis, legally the only individual allowed to do that is a Vet. We will treat what we find and refer you on if we feel it is necessary.
   

• Consistent treatment
  Dogs in most cases will not recover after one treatment and will not regular treatment for a specified amount of time.
   

• Hydrotherapy
  Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled if a dog before you fowls in the water.
  
  Incontinent dogs need to be expressed before treatment.
  
  All dogs post-surgery and with clinical presentations will require a Vet referral.
